Naomy Gmyrek is an engagement expert and brand strategist, holding an MBA in Strategy and Innovation from Nanyang Business School, Singapore, and a BA in Legal Studies from Ithaca College, New York. She has worked with game-changing global companies, such as AvroKO, Banyan Tree, and Impossible Foods. Naomy spent seven years focusing on the hospitality and entertainment sector, challenging conventionalism through cultivating Michelin-starred brands and James Beard Award-winning establishments. With AvroKO, she helped build unique brands and experiences, garnering international recognition such as the “Best Bar in America” win from Esquire and “50 Best Bars in NYC” by Time Out New York.
Half Indonesian and half Polish, Naomy calls New York City home, but she recently relocated to Bologna, Italy, to pursue love, language and culture.
