Giordana La Faja
Giordana is a soft spoken and well rounded consultant with a spike in communication, customer experience and strategic thinking. She started her career at the top of the hospitality industry, working for the luxury hotel group Mandarin Oriental in Milan and serving high-profile corporate customers such as Fendi, Esteé Lauder and Forbes. After few other formative experiences in fast-paced startups, she joined Disal Consulting, where she focuses on consulting and communication projects.
Her education experiences brought her to live in several different countries and develop a truly international mindset: she holds a BSc in Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Surrey University and is currently pursuing a Master in Management at IE Business School in Madrid.
